TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Andino Suites – Santiago de Chile

Welcome to Andino Suites. By making a reservation through our website or any direct channel, you accept the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Service Identification

Andino Suites offers temporary accommodation services in furnished apartments located in Santiago Center, Chile, intended for tourists, corporate travelers and short stays.

All apartments are delivered fully equipped, including wifi, air conditioning and basic kitchen equipment, according to the description published in each unit.

2. Reservations and Confirmation

Reservations can be made through our website, external platforms or directly.

To confirm a direct reservation, full payment or an advance payment may be requested.

The reservation will be considered confirmed only once the corresponding payment has been received.

Andino Suites reserves the right to reject a reservation request in case of incomplete or inconsistent information.

3. Fees and Payments

Rates are expressed in Chilean pesos (CLP) or US dollars (USD), as appropriate.

The value may vary according to season, demand and length of stay.

Payments can be made by bank transfer or other enabled electronic means.

Applicable taxes will be included in accordance with current regulations in Chile.

4. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: from 15:00 hrs.

Check-out: until 11:00 hrs.

Early check-in or late check-out will be subject to availability and may have an additional cost.

The guest must present a valid identity document if requested for registration purposes.

5. Damage Guarantee

Andino Suites may request a guarantee for damages on direct reservations.

The guest will be responsible for any damage, loss or deterioration caused during his stay, including furniture, artifacts, textiles or equipment of the apartment.

In case of damage, the value corresponding to repair, replacement or specialized cleaning will be charged.

6. Rules of Use and Coexistence

The apartment should be used exclusively for accommodation purposes.

No unauthorized parties, events or gatherings are allowed.

It is not allowed to exceed the maximum capacity indicated in the reservation.

The rules of the building and the rest times established by the community must be respected.

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in fines, additional charges or early termination of the stay without entitlement to reimbursement.

7. Cancellations

The cancellation conditions will depend on the channel used for the reservation.

For reservations made directly with Andino Suites, free cancellation can be made up to 72 hours before check-in. Cancellations after the deadline may imply the total or partial charge of the stay.

8. Responsibility

Andino Suites is not responsible for the loss of money, documents or personal items during the stay.

Likewise, it will not be responsible for interruptions of basic services (water, electricity, internet, elevators) when these depend on third parties or causes beyond its control, although the solution will be managed as soon as possible.

9. Right of Admission and Early Term

Andino Suites reserves the right to put early termination to the stay in case of:

Failure to comply with these terms.

Behaviors that affect safety or coexistence.

Misuse of the property.

In such cases, no refund of payments made will be made.

10. Acceptance

By confirming a reservation, the guest declares to have read and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.
